Как мы храним вашу почту: что собирает эта страница, зачем и что вы можете с этим сделать.

Кто отвечает за данные

Владелец Saytext — Алина Драгомир (Alina Dragomir). Она решает, что и зачем здесь собирается, и отвечает за это (по GDPR — «контролёр данных»); ниже «мы» — это она. Связь: support@saytext.me.

Политика составлена по Общему регламенту ЕС о защите данных (GDPR) и законодательству Республики Молдова о защите персональных данных.

Что мы собираем

• Если вы оставили почту — три вещи: адрес почты, дату, когда вы его оставили (без времени), и язык страницы — русский, румынский или английский. Ни имени, ни телефона мы не спрашиваем.
• Адрес подключения (IP) — только в момент отправки формы: по нему сайт не даёт слишком часто повторять попытки (счётчик попыток живёт около минуты) и передаёт его в проверку от ботов. В базу IP не записывается.
• Проверка от ботов Cloudflare Turnstile включается, когда вы начинаете вводить почту. Нажимать ничего не нужно. Чтобы отличить человека от бота, она получает от вашего браузера сигналы — например, IP-адрес и сведения о браузере и устройстве. Сайту она сообщает только ответ: прошли проверку или нет.
• Счётчик посещений Cloudflare Web Analytics считает просмотры: какую страницу открыли, откуда пришли, браузер, тип устройства, страну. Он работает без куки, не узнаёт вас при следующем визите и почту не видит.
• Как у любого сайта, Cloudflare при каждом открытии страницы видит IP-адрес и сведения о браузере — без этого страницу не доставить и не защитить от атак.
• Если вы пишете нам на support@saytext.me — ваше письмо и адрес, с которого оно пришло.

Своих куки сайт не ставит. Микрофон он не включает и не получает ни звук, ни текст ваших надиктовок: показ на главной странице — заранее записанная анимация.

Зачем и на каком основании

• Почта и язык — чтобы один раз написать вам, когда Saytext выйдет, на вашем языке. Основание — ваше согласие: вы сами оставили почту.
• IP-адрес и проверка Turnstile — чтобы сайт работал и форму не заваливали боты и злоупотребления. Основание — наш законный интерес: защитить сайт.
• Счётчик посещений — чтобы понимать, сколько людей заходит на страницу. Основание — наш законный интерес; узнать вас по нему нельзя.
• Письма в поддержку — чтобы ответить вам. Основание — наш законный интерес ответить на ваш вопрос.

Кому передаём

Мы пользуемся тремя сервисами, и ваши данные проходят через них:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (США) — на нём работает сайт; там же база с почтами, проверка от ботов, счётчик посещений и пересылка писем с support@saytext.me. Политика Cloudflare.
• Anthropic PBC (США) — ИИ-помощник Claude: через него владелец выгружает список почт, когда он нужен. Политика Anthropic.
• Google LLC (США) — почта Gmail: туда пересылаются письма, отправленные на support@saytext.me. Политика Google.

Поэтому данные могут обрабатываться за пределами ЕС и Молдовы, в том числе в США, — на условиях договоров и правил этих компаний о защите данных. Список почт видит только владелец Saytext. Мы никому не продаём ваши данные и не передаём их больше никому, кроме случаев, когда этого прямо требует закон. Рассылок и рекламы нет.

Сколько храним

• Почту, дату и язык — до письма о выходе Saytext. После него список удаляется целиком. По вашей просьбе — раньше.
• IP-адрес для лимита попыток — около минуты; в базу он не попадает.
• Письма в поддержку — пока они нужны, чтобы ответить вам и решить ваш вопрос.
• То, что получает сам Cloudflare (проверка от ботов, счётчик, работа сайта), — по правилам Cloudflare.

Ваши права

В любой момент вы можете:

• узнать, хранится ли у нас ваша почта и что именно;
• исправить её;
• удалить её;
• ограничить её обработку;
• получить копию своих данных;
• возразить против обработки, которая идёт на основании нашего законного интереса;
• отозвать согласие — хватит одного письма на support@saytext.me, и мы удалим вашу почту. То, что было сделано до отзыва, остаётся законным.

Пишите на support@saytext.me. Отвечаем в течение месяца. Чтобы не отдать чужие данные, ответ о вашей почте пришлём на неё же.

Вы также вправе пожаловаться в надзорный орган. В Молдове это Национальный центр по защите персональных данных (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, datepersonale.md), в ЕС — орган по защите данных вашей страны.

Возраст

Страница рассчитана на взрослых — 18 лет и старше. Если почту оставил ребёнок, напишите нам — удалим.

Без автоматических решений

Автоматических решений о вас и профилирования нет. Проверка от ботов решает только одно — пропустить ли форму; если она не пропустила вас, напишите нам. Оставлять почту — по желанию: без неё вы просто не получите письмо о выходе.

Если политика изменится, обновится дата внизу.

Cum păstrăm adresa dvs. de e-mail: ce colectează această pagină, de ce și ce puteți face în privința asta.

Cine răspunde de date

Proprietara Saytext — Alina Dragomir. Ea decide ce se colectează aici și de ce și răspunde pentru asta (operatorul datelor, în sensul GDPR); mai jos, „noi” înseamnă ea. Contact: support@saytext.me.

Politica este întocmită conform Regulamentului general privind protecția datelor al UE (GDPR) și legislației Republicii Moldova privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal.

Ce colectăm

• Dacă ați lăsat adresa de e-mail — trei lucruri: adresa, data la care ați lăsat-o (fără oră) și limba paginii — rusă, română sau engleză. Nu vă cerem nici nume, nici telefon.
• Adresa conexiunii dvs. (IP) — doar în momentul trimiterii formularului: după ea site-ul nu permite încercări prea dese (contorul de încercări trăiește aproximativ un minut) și o transmite verificării anti-roboți. IP-ul nu se scrie în baza de date.
• Verificarea anti-roboți Cloudflare Turnstile pornește când începeți să scrieți adresa. Nu trebuie să apăsați nimic. Ca să deosebească oamenii de roboți, ea primește de la browserul dvs. semnale — de exemplu, adresa IP și date despre browser și dispozitiv. Site-ului îi transmite doar răspunsul: ați trecut verificarea sau nu.
• Contorul de vizite Cloudflare Web Analytics numără afișările: ce pagină ați deschis, de unde ați venit, browserul, tipul dispozitivului, țara. Funcționează fără cookie-uri, nu vă recunoaște la următoarea vizită și nu vede adresa de e-mail.
• Ca la orice site, Cloudflare vede la fiecare deschidere a paginii adresa IP și date despre browser — fără ele pagina nu poate fi livrată și apărată de atacuri.
• Dacă ne scrieți la support@saytext.me — scrisoarea și adresa de pe care a venit.

Site-ul nu pune cookie-uri proprii. Nu pornește microfonul și nu primește nici sunetul, nici textul dictărilor dvs.: demonstrația de pe pagina principală este o animație pregătită dinainte.

De ce și pe ce temei

• Adresa de e-mail și limba — ca să vă scriem o singură dată, când apare Saytext, în limba dvs. Temeiul — consimțământul dvs.: adresa ați lăsat-o chiar dvs.
• Adresa IP și verificarea Turnstile — ca site-ul să funcționeze și formularul să nu fie inundat de roboți și abuzuri. Temeiul — interesul nostru legitim: protecția site-ului.
• Contorul de vizite — ca să înțelegem câți oameni intră pe pagină. Temeiul — interesul nostru legitim; contorul nu vă poate identifica.
• Scrisorile către suport — ca să vă răspundem. Temeiul — interesul nostru legitim de a răspunde la întrebarea dvs.

Cui transmitem

Folosim trei servicii, iar datele dvs. trec prin ele:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (SUA) — pe el funcționează site-ul; tot acolo sunt baza de date cu adresele, verificarea anti-roboți, contorul de vizite și redirecționarea scrisorilor de la support@saytext.me. Politica Cloudflare.
• Anthropic PBC (SUA) — asistentul AI Claude: prin el proprietara extrage lista de adrese, când e nevoie. Politica Anthropic.
• Google LLC (SUA) — poșta Gmail: acolo ajung scrisorile trimise la support@saytext.me. Politica Google.

De aceea datele pot fi prelucrate în afara UE și a Moldovei, inclusiv în SUA — în condițiile contractelor și regulilor acestor companii privind protecția datelor. Lista de adrese o vede doar proprietara Saytext. Nu vindem datele dvs. nimănui și nu le transmitem altcuiva, cu excepția cazurilor în care legea o cere expres. Fără newslettere și fără reclame.

Cât timp păstrăm

• Adresa, data și limba — până la e-mailul de lansare Saytext. După el lista se șterge în întregime. La cererea dvs. — mai devreme.
• Adresa IP pentru limita de încercări — aproximativ un minut; în baza de date nu ajunge.
• Scrisorile către suport — cât timp sunt necesare ca să vă răspundem și să rezolvăm întrebarea.
• Ce primește Cloudflare însuși (verificarea anti-roboți, contorul, funcționarea site-ului) — după regulile Cloudflare.

Drepturile dvs.

În orice moment puteți:

• afla dacă vă păstrăm adresa și ce anume;
• o corecta;
• o șterge;
• restricționa prelucrarea ei;
• primi o copie a datelor dvs.;
• vă opune prelucrării care are loc în temeiul interesului nostru legitim;
• retrage consimțământul — ajunge un singur e-mail la support@saytext.me și vă ștergem adresa. Ce s-a făcut până la retragere rămâne legal.

Scrieți la support@saytext.me. Răspundem în termen de o lună. Ca să nu dăm datele altcuiva, răspunsul despre adresa dvs. îl trimitem chiar pe ea.

Aveți și dreptul să depuneți o plângere la autoritatea de supraveghere. În Moldova aceasta este Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (datepersonale.md), în UE — autoritatea pentru protecția datelor din țara dvs.

Vârsta

Pagina este pentru adulți — de la 18 ani. Dacă adresa a lăsat-o un copil, scrieți-ne — o ștergem.

Fără decizii automate

Nu luăm decizii automate despre dvs. și nu facem profilare. Verificarea anti-roboți decide un singur lucru — dacă lasă formularul să treacă; dacă nu v-a lăsat, scrieți-ne. Lăsarea adresei este benevolă: fără ea pur și simplu nu primiți e-mailul de lansare.

Modificări

Dacă politica se schimbă, se actualizează data de mai jos.

How we store your email: what this page collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for the data

The owner of Saytext, Alina Dragomir. She decides what is collected here and why, and is responsible for it (the data controller under the GDPR); below, “we” means her. Contact: support@saytext.me.

This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the personal data protection law of the Republic of Moldova.

What we collect

• If you left your email — three things: the address, the date you left it (no time of day), and the language of the page — Russian, Romanian or English. We don’t ask for your name or phone number.
• Your connection address (IP) — only at the moment you submit the form: the site uses it to stop too many attempts in a row (the attempt counter lasts about a minute) and passes it to the bot check. The IP is not saved in the database.
• The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check starts when you begin typing your email. You don’t need to click anything. To tell people from bots, it receives signals from your browser — for example, your IP address and details about your browser and device. It tells the site only one thing: whether you passed.
• The Cloudflare Web Analytics visit counter counts page views: which page was opened, where you came from, browser, device type, country. It works without cookies, doesn’t recognise you on your next visit, and never sees your email.
• As with any website, Cloudflare sees the IP address and browser details each time the page is opened — it can’t deliver the page or protect it from attacks otherwise.
• If you write to us at support@saytext.me — your message and the address it came from.

The site sets no cookies of its own. It doesn’t turn on your microphone and receives neither the audio nor the text of your dictation: the demo on the main page is a prepared animation.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Email and language — to write to you once, when Saytext launches, in your language. Legal basis: your consent — you left the address yourself.
• IP address and the Turnstile check — to keep the site running and the form free of bots and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
• Visit counter — to understand how many people visit the page. Legal basis: our legitimate interest; it can’t identify you.
• Support emails — to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your question.

Who we share it with

We use three services, and your data passes through them:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — runs the site; it also hosts the email database, the bot check, the visit counter and the forwarding of mail sent to support@saytext.me. Cloudflare’s policy.
• Anthropic PBC (USA) — the AI assistant Claude, which the owner uses to export the email list when it’s needed. Anthropic’s policy.
• Google LLC (USA) — Gmail, where messages sent to support@saytext.me are forwarded. Google’s policy.

So your data may be processed outside the EU and Moldova, including in the USA, under these companies’ data protection agreements and terms. Only the owner of Saytext sees the email list. We don’t sell your data to anyone and don’t share it with anyone else, unless the law expressly requires it. No newsletters, no ads.

How long we keep it

• Email, date and language — until the Saytext launch email. After that the whole list is deleted. Sooner if you ask.
• IP address for the attempt limit — about a minute; it never reaches the database.
• Support emails — as long as we need them to reply and resolve your question.
• What Cloudflare itself receives (bot check, visit counter, running the site) — under Cloudflare’s rules.

Your rights

At any time you can:

• find out whether we keep your email and what exactly;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• restrict its processing;
• get a copy of your data;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent — one email to support@saytext.me is enough, and we’ll delete your address. Anything done before you withdraw stays lawful.

Write to support@saytext.me. We reply within one month. So we don’t hand your data to someone else, we send the answer about your email to that same address.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Moldova that is the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, datepersonale.md); in the EU, the data protection authority of your country.

Age

This page is meant for adults — 18 and over. If a child left their email, write to us and we’ll delete it.

No automated decisions

We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling. The bot check decides only one thing — whether to let the form through; if it didn’t let you through, write to us. Leaving your email is optional: without it you simply won’t get the launch email.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below will be updated.
